Before the rush of the festive season, take a morning to centre yourself — to breathe deeply, gather your Qi, and reflect on the year gone by.
Led by Master Dr Michael Lan, this Ba Duan Jin QiGong Workshop hosted at our Mount Liu Sanctuary in Hout Bay Cape Town, welcomes both newcomers and experienced practitioners. Through graceful, flowing movements, you’ll learn to harmonise body, breath, and spirit — restoring calm to the nervous system and clarity to the mind. Something that is now needed more than ever.
After the workshop, we’ll share a year-end lunch at Izakaya Kukai in Hout Bay — a hidden gem where Chef Arata prepares world-class Japanese food with heart.
Enjoy Senzei sharing platters followed by your choice of nourishing ramen (gluten-free & vegetarian options available).
