Many ancient cultures spoke of cycles — moments when humanity reaches the end of one world age and the beginning of the next.
The Hopi are among the keepers of this memory.
According to their teachings, the world passes through great transitions marked by imbalance, disruption, and the breaking of old structures. During these times, the Earth resets herself, and humanity is asked to choose its path: fear or remembrance, division or harmony, collapse or awakening.
One of the most powerful teachings is the prophecy of the Blue Star, a celestial sign appearing during the purification of the Fourth World and the emergence of the Fifth. It is not about destruction, but about recognition. A signal that a new vibrational age is unfolding.
The Hopi also speak of helpers — beings symbolically known as the Ant People, guardians who sheltered humanity in earlier transitions. Whether understood literally, energetically, or as archetypes, they represent guidance during times of great planetary change.
The signs described by the elders echo strongly today:
• global interconnectedness
• instability in the elements
• increased celestial activity
• division between those awakening and those collapsing into fear
• rapid endings and sudden departures
• a rising call to return to truth, spirit, and Earth alignment
And now, once again, we witness a brilliant blue visitor in the sky.
Whether one sees ATLAS — or any celestial event — as prophecy or metaphor, the deeper message is the same:
We are in a purification cycle.
One world is dissolving.
Another is rising through those who are awake enough to build it.
This is not the end of the world.
It is the turning of an age — a shift into the Fifth World of clarity, unity, and illumination.
Those who walk with truth, humility, and connection to Creator move forward without fear.
Those who remember why they came anchor the new timeline.
We are not waiting for prophecy.
We are living inside it —

You may have felt it already — something is different.
The Sun isn’t just “active”… it’s communicating.
This week brought:
• A powerful X5.1 solar flare — the strongest of 2025 so far.
• A massive coronal hole (larger than Earth) releasing high-speed solar wind.
• Continued energetic pressure from Comet 3I/ATLAS and other visitors moving behind the Sun — adding resonance to the field.
These forces do not threaten us.
They upgrade us.
THE SCIENCE
• The coronal hole currently facing Earth is a genuine source of fast solar wind — this wind compresses and excites our magnetosphere.
• X-class flares release radiation that can cause radio or GPS disruptions — but not physical harm to humans on Earth.
• When the solar wind carries a southward magnetic field, Earth’s magnetosphere briefly “opens” through magnetic reconnection — allowing more energy in.
• These openings are NOT dangerous — they are normal, natural, and expected during Solar Maximum.
• If a CME and an open reconnection window align, the energy transfer intensifies — meaning stronger auroras, stronger geomagnetic storms, and stronger energetic effects.
This is exactly the window we are in.
THE METAPHYSICAL REALITY
When the Sun pulses, the grid breathes.
When the grid breathes, your field responds.
If you’re sensitive, intuitive, galactic, or your soul carries Arcturian/Lyran/Andromedan coding — you will feel it first.
This week may bring:
• Heightened intuition

Many intuitives (myself included) feel that the Sun is preparing a larger-than-usual activation wave sometime in 2025–2026.
Not a catastrophe.
A reset of perception, memory, and human coherence.
The Sun is part of our ascension cycle.
It’s not a threat — it’s a catalyst.
WHY 3I/ATLAS AND THE COMETS MATTER
Interstellar comets like 3I/ATLAS don’t hit Earth —
but they influence the solar system energetically, especially when they travel behind the Sun.
They act as resonance carriers, amplifying:
• intuition
• dimensional thinning
• grid activation
• memory surfacing
• emotional purging
• dream-state communications
They don’t cause the solar events —
they enhance what the Sun is already doing.
Think of them as tuning forks.
WHAT TO DO NOW
1. Ground deeply — bare feet, slow breath, belly soft.
2. Hydrate with intention — water holds solar codes.
3. Spend 5 minutes in sunlight (morning or late afternoon).
4. Speak your field into alignment:
“I allow my body to receive only the frequencies aligned with my highest timeline.”
5. Rest when the body asks — upgrades happen during stillness.
6. Journal your dreams and symbols — these are not random.
7. Trust your intuition — it’s being calibrated, not tested.

You are not here to fear the Sun.
You are here because your body knows how to translate its light.
Ascension is not a future event —
it is a living process, and you are in the center of it now.

October 14–15, 2025 • A Portal for Realignment
Between 14 and 15 October 2025, a unique convergence is said to unfold — a meeting of ancient and modern systems of time — often called the Golden Intersection of Timelines. This is not merely a date on the clock, but a symbolic portal: an invitation to reconnect to deeper cycles, nature’s geometry, and our own inner wisdom.
Rediscovering Time’s Spiral
At the core of this concept is the synchronization of three temporal systems:
•The Gregorian calendar (our civil calendar)
•The Maya Long Count (an ancient cyclical timekeeping)
•A Galactic Maya Count (a modern cosmically tuned reinterpretation)
Together, they create a spiral of resonance infused with the Golden Ratio (1.618…), evoking the idea of a cosmic reset. Whether literal or metaphorical, the resonance is clear: we are being invited to remember time as sacred, patterned, alive.
The Lost Days — A Hidden Wound in Time
Here’s where history whispers its shadow: when the Gregorian calendar was introduced in October 1582, ten calendar days were erased to realign the calendar with the solar year. In Catholic lands, Thursday, 4 October 1582 was immediately followed by Friday, 15 October. That means 5–14 October 1582 simply vanished from the calendar.
This deletion was not arbitrary. The Julian calendar had drifted from nature’s rhythms over centuries, causing the spring equinox to shift, which disrupted the calculation of Easter and seasons. The reform aimed to restore alignment.
But there’s a deeper, often overlooked dimension: those days were wiped from collective memory. Generations effectively lost ten days — days that might have held dreams, births, cycles, rites. In a subtle but profound way, the fabric of human and natural rhythm was fragmented.
Why This Matters Especially for Women & Cycles
For many women, life is synchronized to cyclical rhythms — thoughts, hormones, moon phases, earth’s seasons. When our calendars severed time from nature, a dissonance was introduced into feminine timekeeping. The loss of ten days is symbolic of a greater disconnection — from the subtle pulses of nature, from ancestral memory, from the body’s own wisdom.
When we recognize the Golden Intersection now, on 14–15 October, we reclaim what was erased. We remember those lost days as a call to heal, to restore the deep alignment between human time and cosmic time — and especially between feminine time and the rhythms of the earth.

The 2012 “galactic alignment” marked a shift; this 2025 event deepens that shift — unveiling hidden patterns in human and cosmic time.

In 2025, we don’t just merge calendars — we bring back the pulse of nature into human ordering.
An Invitation to Remember, Reclaim & Reharmonize
Whether or not the claim is astronomically measurable, its potency lies in its poetic and symbolic power. On 14–15 October 2025, pause with intention. Use this as sacred time to:
•Meditate, journal, or ritualize your connection to natural cycles
•Honor those “lost days” as a reclamation of memory and wholeness
•Realign your inner rhythm with earth’s pulses
•Amplify feminine wisdom and honor cyclical flow
The Golden Intersection becomes more than a calendrical event — it is a restoration of the geometry of time, a reconnection to the spiral of creation, and an act of remembering that time is alive, sacred, and woven into our bodies and souls.
Golden Ratio vs. Fibonacci Spiral — Harmony or Consumption?
1. Yes — they are mathematically connected, but not identical.
The Fibonacci sequence (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, …) approximates the Golden Ratio (φ ≈ 1.618) as the numbers progress. Each ratio between consecutive numbers (e.g. 13/8 = 1.625) moves closer to φ. So the Fibonacci spiral is a discrete or stepped version of the continuous golden spiral.
2. In sacred geometry, they symbolize two different modes of creation.
•The Golden Ratio spiral represents infinite proportional balance — every curve expands by the same divine measure, reflecting equilibrium and regeneration (as seen in galaxies, shells, and natural growth patterns).
•The Fibonacci spiral is a growth pattern, but because it’s additive (each step builds upon the last), it can be interpreted as linear accumulation. It creates form, yes — but it can also imply consumption and dependency.
3. The “parasitic” interpretation
Some esoteric teachers suggest the Fibonacci pattern describes the energetic architecture of the fallen matrix — a system that expands by consuming energy from previous iterations rather than generating new life-force from Source.
In this view, true cosmic spirals (often depicted with phi-based continuous ratios or toroidal geometries) recycle and regenerate energy, mirroring the living universe — whereas Fibonacci spirals feed on their own past, mirroring extractive systems (like our linear economies and time constructs).
4. How it ties to the Golden Intersection theme
If the 2025 portal symbolizes a return to natural time, then it may also represent a shift from Fibonacci-style linear expansion (consume, progress, repeat) to Phi-based coherence (balance, regeneration, eternal return).
It’s the difference between growth that depletes and growth that harmonizes.
That’s why many sense this period as a reclamation of organic creation codes — the restoration of the true cosmic spiral.

Today, we cross a threshold not marked by our conventional calendars but by the rhythms of cosmic time. July 26, 2025 marks the Galactic New Year, a powerful turning point in the 13-Moon Dreamspell Calendar system—a timekeeper followed by spiritual communities across the globe who align with the spirals of galactic time and the rising of the star Sirius.
🌌 What is the Galactic New Year?
Rooted in the visionary work of José Argüelles, the Galactic Calendar (also called the 13-Moon Calendar or Dreamspell) follows a harmonic cycle of 13 moons of 28 days each, creating a 364-day year—with July 25 as a “Day Out of Time” and July 26 as the Galactic New Year.
The Day Out of Time is considered a sacred pause—a liminal space for creativity, forgiveness, peace, and reconnection before the cycle begins anew. It’s a day to step outside the structures of linear time and align with the eternal now.

MOUNT LIU NEW EARTH SANCTUARY OPENS ITS DOORS THIS MONTH!
We’re thrilled to let you know that the latest reincarnation of our MOUNT LIU New Earth Sanctuary, in Hout Bay Cape Town will open this November!
MOUNT LIU Sanctuary is the new home of my husband, Dr Michael Lan and I, and all the healing and spiritual activities that we offer. It’s been a long drawn out process of more than a year to meticulously plan our move from Stoneybrook, to finding the right piece of land to design and build our new home and healing sanctuary on in Hout Bay. Here we will be once again be dedicated to educate, heal and hold space for fellow seekers in their transformational journey. As a labour of love, we have created this new sanctuary by the river to not only allow us to live life on our terms but also to bring our dream of helping others in a more holistic way, to life, as we approach the ‘big shift’ our planet is about to go through. Indeed we look forward to having peace on earth very soon.
Why the name Mount Liu? In short, we are now claiming my husband’s original family name. You see our surname Liu somehow became Lan when non-Chinese speaking people were assisting my husband’s ancestors to immigrate from China. So we decided to pay homage to the original family name with the creation of Mount Liu Sanctuary. Being surrounded by mountains on both sides, it’s part of what makes Hout Bay so special to us. That and the fact that this village has truly become the blue print for how different communities can live together and learn to better understand each another in order to co-create the peace and harmony that we seek. Hout Bay is small enough to feel like a village, yet big enough to cater to all our needs. With its diverse culture and abundance of all things healthy and holistic, you really feel like have everything you need and that you don’t have to go anywhere, should you so wish.
Those that know us know that this is more of a calling than just work, especially in this chapter of our life. At our new sanctuary, we will welcome you to our Temple of the Tao where we will offer regular meditations (plus dedicated times to do self guided meditations), TaiQi & QiGong classes, plus gatherings and educational sessions about Qi, spiritual development and how we can co-create this beautiful New Earth (some call it Heaven on Earth) that we all look forward to. It also houses our new healing practice (which you came to know as Jing-An over the years), where we will offer the traditional Jing-An healing modalities, but in a more holistic energy healing kind of way, which for us goes much further than just acupuncture per se.
Patients and guests will also have access to our new Earth Cabin, surrounded by beautiful trees, and mountains. So if you’d like to turn your healing treatments and one-on-one sessions into a longer stay-over retreat experience, you will now have that option. We are also busy developing our new Medicine Garden, and also plan to have a Boma Circle in the coming weeks for inspirational group gatherings around the fire. With our beautiful Tao Zen Cabin you will be able to have your own custom resigned retreat programme made up of as many one-on-one mentorship & guidance sessions, meditations, QiGong and/or TaiQi training sessions, as you wish. You can also enjoy energy healing and acupuncture on site without having to face the traffic when you leave our zen space.
We can’t share any photos yet, apart from the one above as everything is still in the final stages of completion, but soon we will share more.

OUR 2025 DESTINATION RETREAT CALENDAR
Soon we will also announce our new Global Destination Retreat Calendar for 2025, which will take place in the most energetically potent destinations on earth, such as the beautiful islands of Mauritius, Thailand and/or Mozambique, along with some of Europe’s most inspiring places, Middle and South America and beautiful South Africa of course. We will start the year with a retreat in a coastal retreat in South Africa in January 2024, and after that, we will have a destination retreat every 3-4 months in different locations around the world. We hope to have the rest of our retreat calendar up and running soonest and look forward to welcoming you at one of our retreats if you feel so called. We’ve had two very transformative retreats in Mauritius and Robertson over the past year, and with us settling down a bit now, you can expect more of that in the future.
